I never received or overlooked my unlock codes for my MPK miniII purchased on 12-24-15. Please send email to advise on troubleshooting solution. Thank you in advance for your assistance. I'm TIRED of seeing my son unhappy. Yesterday was ALSO his Birthday

42 ' Plasma Monitor Has Vertical Blue Line In All Input Modes. All Else Is Fine
