I Have A 42 In Akia Tv That Has Stopped Working. What Can I Do To Replace It?

I went to my local Sam's club store to have my tv replaced through the warrenty of the extended warranty last night. I was told it can take up to 48 hours for the club to look up the receipt. In the mean time I am without the tv. This is not the usually responsed to defective merchadise I have experienced in the past. Normally the manager is able to replace the device with the same equipment or something similar. I have been a loyal Sam Club member for over 10 yrs. This is not what I expected to happen with a defective tv. Now I am waiting for a manager to call me back. I do not have a working tv. This experience has made me really consider not purchasing any other electronic from the club. I was not told that the warranty program changed. The cashier are trained to ask you to purhased a warranty but they don't explain that if something goes wrong with the device you cannot bring it to the club. It was not until yesterday I found out that the extended warranty is through a third party. I am very unsatisfied and displeased with the service I have recieved. I feel like I have wasted my time and money with this extended warranty purchase. Shaunese Gayden
