How Do I Contact Customer Service In Boston?
My delayed baggage from an AF flight from Paris to Boston was sent on a Delta flight. It is in Boston, but neither Delta nor AF can deliver the two bags to our home. Both know exactly where it is (at Delta baggage service), where it has been for 2-3 days, but neither seems able to deliver it in spite of repeated calls. What can I do to recover this luggage short of legal action?

Ultimately this is Air France's issue. You purchased air transportation with them which includes baggage handling. If they put your luggage on another airline, it is their responsibility to work with that carrier (in this case DL and their partner in the Sky Team Alliance) to return your luggage.
In order to "play by their rules", complete the online baggage claim and then you'll have fulfilled all the requirements on your end and it's up to them to produce.
