Seating

I have already purchased my seats for my upcoming flight on July 27. Unfortunately they did not have upgraded seats, can I make a change now or at the airport. I am unable to get a line on the phone. Always busy signal.

Yes, you should be able to change or upgrade your seats if they are available. If you're unable to make the changes on Air Canada's website, then definitely ask if you change at the airport. Upgrades usually require fees or mileage redemption, but they should be able to explain that when you check in.
