Flight Disruptionpromo Codes
My husband I tooka flight from Toronto to Santiago Chile. Flight was supposed to leave at 23:45. Due to engine trouble, a new flight was found , departing 12 hours later. We were given a ticket to get a substancial discount on a future flight, providing we registered within 60 days. I have tried to find the site to register about 5 times, to no avail. What do I do next. I don't know if I have time to wait on the telephone for hours to get an answer? thanks for any help.
