Refund
i have aflac accidental insurance i work for a contractor but its at philip morris they offered to match my 13.26 every pay period i never received a insurance card or anything and iwas wondering why but i never use it and all of a sudden its gone i want to know do i receive a refund

Why Are Steroid Injections Not Covered As A Procedure?
In Accidental Insurance, Steroid Injections are not covered unless you are put under sedation.
