What Is The Waiting Period For A Check On Three Wellness Benefits?

You can call Aflac's customer service center at 1-800-99-Aflac (1-800-992-3522), weekdays 8 am - 8 pm ETC, to find out the status of your wellness benefit claim. The representative should be able to tell you whether the claim has been processed and a check has been issued - if yes, when you can expect the check to arrive/if no, when you can expect Aflac to begin reviewing the claim.
