Since we're not Aflac I can't give you a specific answer. I see however an offer from "AflacPhyllis," representing Aflac, to act on your problem, which offer you should have received on 5/14. I'd suggest you respond to that offer. Otherwise you may write Aflac at 1932 Wynnton Rd., clubus GA 31999. If necesary you could complain to the Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs at 404-651-8600.
