The easiest way to make a cancer claim is to put your policy number at the top of the diagnosis, and fax that to AFLAC at 877-442-3522.
Keep paperwork from every procedure, and fax the relevant ones to the same number. Include your claim number at the top of each one.
But start with the diagnosis.
