How Can I Change My Credit Card No. I Have Two Accounts Which Need To Be Change

Only my card no. is changed.  Nothing else. My telephone number is 812-321-2112.  Thank you

You should either contact your local servicing associate or Aflac's customer service center (weekdays, 8 am - 8 pm EST) for assistance. Most likely, you will need to fill out a change request form and provide your signature. Good luck!
