Accidents. Off I Tear My Rectum By Accident. Do Afflac Cover It.

Ouch! I hope you are feeling better. Please call the Aflac customer service center at 1-800-99-Aflac (1-800-992-3522), weekdays 8 am-8 pm EST for assistance. Mainly, you will need to complete an accidental injury claim form (if you have an accident indemnity plan - or similar plan - in force). Whether the Aflac plan will cover the particular incident or not is depedent upon various factors. This can best be answered by speaking to a customer service center representative. Good luck!
