Can You Give Me A Refund Or At Least Keep Ticket Open?

I booked a ticket for my daughter from Nice to Cork return leaving on July 10th returning August 7th. My problem is Chronopost have lost her passport and at the moment it seems very unlikely that they find it before the departure date. Is it possible to get a refund or keep the ticket open for when the passport does show up?
