this is the link http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ you can go and download the latest flash player that is required by your browser to play those facebook games

there could be one of mutliple reasons that htey are not yet running.

1.) you did not install the flash player properly

2.) They flash player you have is not the latest version adn the game that you want to run requires the latest version.

there are also other reasons possible but these are the most common ones i have found. please download the latest one and i'm sure your problem will be solved :)
