Transmitter Stopped Working

I have the transmitter hooked up to the TV in the living room and the cable box in a bedroom closet. It was working properly one minute and nothing the next. Unplugged the unit and rebooted it, checked the sensors and everything is in place. It has a green blinking link light, replace the remote batteries and no luck. Thanks for your help!

The LINK LED is used to display the state of pairing between the Transmitter and Receiver. If it is blinking or off, the Transmitter is not paired with any Receiver. If it is glowing steadily, it has paired with a Receiver. Start on page 4 for further troubleshooting tips.
