Phone Unusable After Firmware Update
the phone prompted me to update the firmware then it rebooted and all then the TOUCH PANNEL update failed and the touch screen of the phone is not working anymore. i tried hard resetting it using the power and down vloume keys but it wont go thru and the phone is now not working. what should i do?

Go to Acer.com select the model and then download OS which is 168 MB. When the download is finish, turn off your mobile and press and hold Power button, Volume Up and Down button. By doing this Modem Download mode will be activated. Now connect the mobile to the PC/laptop with USB cable and start the setup of OS which you have download. Follow the instructions and your mobile will be updated to V2.3.5 Gingerbread and I hope then your mobile works! I have tried this with my Acer Liquid Mini :)
