My Desktop Computer Is A Aspire Z3101-e3812 When I Turn It On.start Blinking.

Hi. It is sadly not clear if it is a LED, cursor or the main display blinking but the Service Guide here http://tim.id.au/laptops/acer/aspire%205110%205100%203100.pdf should be the Service Reference. Amongst other, it feature errors messages with their respective indications.
