Acer Aspire X1700 Power Supply Good But Wont Turn On

If you'r certain it's not the power supply causing the problem (a power supply tester can come in handy here) then it's likely the motherboard. If you have a voltmeter, you can check the supply connections to see where the problem lies, but chances are it's something on the motherboard preventing the PC from powering up.
