Click on these in the following order: Start>All Programs>Acer>Acer Recovery Management>Restore>Restore Operating System to Factory Defaults
Click on Yes, Start, and then okay. This will erase any data you had on the computer. This can also be done during startup. Click the link below for full instructions on how to do this with both methods.
