Keyboard Keys
my keyboard key are not working , the acer laptop is quite new

You may have a loose keyboard connection or you are in need of a new keyboard. The worst case scenario is that your motherboard connection is broken for it.
First, I would try and update windows using a windows update and see if maybe windows can find a driver for the keyboard. If that fixes it then you're in luck.
Secondly, if the first attempt didn't fix it then proceed to disassemble the laptop and remove the keyboard. Check to see that the keyboard connection is in all the way and fix if it's not. If that doesn't work either then go and order a new keyboard and install it. If all else fails, then it sounds like you have a faulty motherboard connection and you will have to use an external keyboard.
Also consider doing a fresh install of windows to see if it fixes it.
