How To Install Wifi Capability
Please advise as to how I can achieve wifi capability

According to CNET's specs, the Aspire 7551 comes with Wi-Fi capability. There may be a switch you need to turn on (typically on the side of the laptop, or else one of the function keys).
If your laptop does not have the Wi-Fi adapter installed for some reason, you can buy an external USB Wi-Fi adapter like these, which are pretty cheap and easy to install.
