How Do I Turn My Webcam On?

Opening the webcam software on the computer will start the webcam. Most laptops with webcams have preinstalled webcam software.
If the computer doesn't have webcam software, search "best free webcam apps" on the web and take your pick. After installation any app should start your webcam automatically.
