Reinstall Windows 7 Without Driver Or Password Free

I recently came across an acer aspire5515 with windows7. It is loaded with things i can't get out and is super slow. I would like to uninstall and reinstall,but have no password or driver for it .i wonder if there is a free way to do this. Also was told that it had 3 gigs and there's two.how much can i put in,and is there anything special to do? Pleaseforgive my lack of knowlege. Thankyou.

For that you need windows bootable disk or recovery disk.Then you can boot computer with it then simply restore it or reinstall new windows.

But if you know the administrator password then no need of disk because you can restore system in safe mode.

When you power up the computer press F8 key then you can see safe mode and other menu then enter in safe mode then go to start emnu>all programs>accessories>system tools>system restore

Then restore system to previous date .

But in safe mode you need to enter in admin mode so you must need passsword.

If you forget password of admin then you must need disk disk of recovery or windows.You can get it from your friend or nerest computer shop.
