Acer Aspire 4752 Ms2347 Frozen

Hi, My acer was acting up a little, it was freezing occassionally and slow and I had to keep taking the battery out. Now when I tunr it on, it's frozen on the windows/ acer image and states F2 to reboot, it also makes consecutive faint beeping noises like a reversing car and when I press F2 it does nothing at all. I have been lax in updating the antiviral software :( HELP please!
