This site shows your motherboard and I have arrowed the cmos battery (hard to tell , but that certainly looks like it.
http://www.gigacomputers.co.nz/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=51&products_id=13657 The manual will show how to dismantle- if it is not a date and time problem- look in the mmanual,as it seems a lot of dismantling to get to it- difficult to see but as far as I can tell its on same side of motheroard as the cpu- not very clear in the pictures in the manual
If you have a password problem- short out these terminals under the ram sticks.Plug in AC, keep the short condition on the HW Gap, and press Power Button to power on the system till BIOS POST finish. Then remove the tool from the HW Gap. See also page 176 on bios recovery. page 175 of your manual-
