If you ordered Just software you may be able to re-download it by following the link in the email they sent you when you ordered it, if you still have the email sitting around.
If you ordered LiveKive service -
You can call AVG - from within the U.S. they post a Telephone number 978-319-4460 or Tel. 866-201-0003 on their website. This may be the best way, going direct during Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5) business hours.
You can go online create an 'AVG My Account' and login to it to manage your subscriptions and check the status of your orders. It’s a free service allowing you to:
- View your registered products and license information
- Easily renew your subscription and download your products
- Check past orders and invoices
- Manage your personal information and password
You could start an online chat to see if they can help you.
Or, you can contact an AVG reseller to get you the info on your subscriptions. I know because I am one. They should not charge you for this.
I hope this helps. It sure can be confusing to know which software or service you need sometimes, and which you've paid for, which you've installed, etc.
