Service Coverage

My phone is based is Sarasota, FL. I am working in Macon, Missouri for the summer, and cannot get a signal here. Since this phone is my main contact for my business, I would be delighted to know how to get my phone to work here! I have tried re-booting the phone more than once.... Hello,

Can you please call 611 and report the area it is catchy? You can also disable the 3G service ( might not work) However if you can call 611 or 800-331-0500 and just report the outtage or the lack of tower.

I am sure one of the agents can work out a resolution for you.
