Why Is Network Unavailable On My Cell Phone?

If it's when you're trying to use your data outside a wifi area, then make sure your wifi is off and your data is turned on. That should do the trick. If that still doesn't work, then make sure your wifi is off, data is on, and turn off your phone for a minute or two and then turn it back on.
