My Phone Says Puk Blocked, How Can I Fix This?

Messages like "PUK Blocked" and "Contact Operator" mean you will have to buy a replacement SIM card. By the time your phone displays this message, it is already too late to take steps that would have prevented the need to replace the card. Once you obtain and activate a new card, enter the proper PUK code and you will regain the full use of your phone. Knowing the facts about PUK codes can help you avoid this situation in the future.
