My 3g I Phone Is Locked. It Keeps Saying Tap 2 To Unlock. But It Won't Un Lock

If you tap too many time it will lock you out totally. You will need to call your local representative and get your PUK1 code and if that one does not work then try the PUK2 if that does not work you will have to get transferred over to Tier 2 side for further assistance. Good Luck.
