How Do I Get A Refund For My Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro?

Three days ago, I purchased The Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro mobile hotspot router, but since yesterday, it has not been functioning properly. I need a refund.

To return your Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro for a refund, you need to request a shipping label. You do so by calling their customer service on 800-331-0500. When you have your shipping label, package the Nighthawk and mail it back through USPS and track your return at tracking.smartlabel.com

However, you could just head over to your nearest AT&T store, where a customer service agent will help you i returning the Netgear Nighthawk and get your refund.
