Have you checked you voice mail to see if calls are automatically being routed there? If you have voice mail messages and you can call out, first get your phone manual and check for possible button pushing that could have resulted in the diversion of your incoming calls to voice mail.
Was there a storm or other power outage recently? Your phone could have restored itself to some defaults.
If that fails, give AT&T U-verse a call at 1-800-288-2020 for Technical Support for your phone.
Another way to resolve the problem is online:
go online to connect with AT&T U-verse at this Troubleshoot and Resolve link. At this time that section is down but you can retry later. From this link you can Request a Repair, Update information, Cancel, or Check the Status of your repair as well as Find a Solution to the Problem
Do not select Telephone since that is AT&T but not AT&T U-verse. Instead select AT&T U-verse. You will then enter your member ID (your AT&T email address), select your state from the drop-down menu and then your password.
The next screen will be a 2 column page asking for the problematic service and the problem. Select your issue and you will be directed to a solution page.
