I am assuming that you mean the programs you recorded using AT&T U-verse.

If your scheduled shows are missing, try rebooting your receiver. Then select your recorded program again by pressing the RECORDED TV button on your AT&T U-verse remove control.

If the shows you recorded still don't appear in your list of recordings, other members of your household may have deleted them from another receiver or through the Web and Mobile Remote Access applications.

What happens when you press Recorded TV from your remote? Is the program list gone?  Do you now see the programs you recorded.  When you recorded them did you set parameters for keeping them and then deleting them?

Sometimes when you think you have recorded a program, you have in fact, pressed the RECORD button too many times and it has not been recorded.  A single press of the RECORD button sets a single recording, twice sets the series for that channel in that time slot, three cancels the recordings.  Remember if you are already recording a program in that time slot, the first will be the one recorded.

A soft reboot will not cause you to lose your recorded pictures if they are indeed still there but a hard reboot might very well lose them. So if a hard reboot has taken place since the recording, your programs might not be there.

Actually you can try a soft reboot to see if that helps.  Press the AT&T button in the upper left of the remote so that the red light flashes. Power off from the remote.  Wait and power back on by holding down the power button for 5-10 seconds.  Check you Recorded TV.

If still no recordings, try again.  Press the AT&T button again.  Hold the power button on the receiver until receiver lights flash.  Once the TV is powered up again, check your Recorded TV.

Although there may be no way of recovering your programs, you can call Technical Support 24/7 at 800-288-2020.
