Logging Into Adp.after 3 Years Of Not Using Password And Security Answers

On 8-21-13 I tried to get into my account through my employer EMA Copperidge. So that I can print out 6 pay periods of pay stubs. I could not remember my password or my security questions, answers. I have not used adp for about 3 years. but recently my childs insurance provider needs copy of them to redetermine my childs healthcare coverage. how can i set up a new password and security questions/answers so i can write them down and have them to reference back to if this should happen to me again. Please help me I have until September 5, 2013 to get them these copies
