Must I First Delete Adp With My Old Company To Access Adp With A New Company?
Must I delete my ADP account with my previous employer to access ADP with a new employer?

ADP accounts are with companies, not employees. So your former company's account is not valid for your new company. What your old company does is up to it, but your new company (or you as its agent) must register with ADP. For more, see https://www.adp.com/logins/adp-portal.aspx.
