Travel Bag Renew Mbrship Early. No Bag #3140830468 916 5749775 M Garrison Why?

Renewed 5-25-12 called 7-23-12 promise.  Called today 8-23-12. I'll see what I can do, et. etc.  If you promise something DO IT. i WANT MY BAG now 13 weeks have gone and that idiot says it wil be 6-8 weeks IF I get it at all.  Is there someone there that has a care for members???????????????????
