To notify AARP of a change of address, go to the AARP homepage at http://www.aarp.organd log in.  You will need your membership number so find it now.

Just a quick word about that membership number. Everywhere but the verification page you will use the entire 10 digit number. At the verification page, omit the first digit which should be a 0. That part of the system does not recognize it.

Select Log In in the upper right corner. Log in with your email address for AARP email, your password. If you've forgotten your password you can have it sent.

Once logged in Click on the red tab which says My Account. You will see a red tab for a dropdown menu. Select and click on edit account to change your mailing address. Scroll down that page for your address and click on edit.  You will then make the necessary changes. Will you need to edit your phone number?

Did you know that you can also print out a copy of your membership card from that same page?

If you have not signed up for AARP online you can call them at 1-866-839-0463 until 7:30pm est.

Just in case you wonder why HelpOwl cannot change your mailing address, that is because this is not the AARP website.  We're glad to get you to the right place, however.
