Name Change On Membership Card
My wife and I have been members since 2013; however when we first became members we were not married, and since have. Her maiden name still appears on the membership card. How do we get it changed to reflect her married name? The current name on the card we would like to have changed is "Janie Ell". We would like it changed to "Jane Spohn". Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.
