Tech Problems

Hello, I have been a AAA for a yr, tried to renew my membership this am, my email/password was not recognized. Tried to change my password but was unable to do that. I had to call to renew my membership. I don't know what the problem is & apparently I cannot fix it.

Sorry for your problems. Similar ridiculous rejections have become increasingly common with various websites.

I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
For an email address that's not working, your Internet Service Provider may give you a solution. In the worst case you may have to use a different email address: Gmail will let you receive its mail at your current (other) mailbox--from Gmail's gear wheel [upper right] go to Settings, and then to Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
It's possible the problem is on your end. In case it is, follow these numbered steps:

Make sure you haven't disabled any scripts, and then
Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies also could help, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...
Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
