Can I Return Or Exchange What I Buy In 7-eleven ?

Items must be returned at your expense to EPE International for review. All returned goods must have the store number and contact person responsible for the return attached to the item. Our customer service team will review and contact you to discuss upon receipt.
Items will be inspected by our Product Assessment team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, EPE International will replace or refund the item. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.

If you need to return something purchased at a 7-Eleven location, please contact the location directly. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after order placement and cannot be washed or worn. All returns will require a pre-approved Return Authorization (RA) Form, which can be found below.
