Nba 2k16 Is Stuck At 69% Copying. I Can't Do My Career, Only Quick Games. Sugges

If the game is stuck at 69%, you need to restart your machine. Clean the disk and perform a custom installation of the game. Sometime a standard install doesn't work properly. That could be because of old registry having issues with the certain part of the game.
