How Much Do I Need To Work Out?

first a personal doctor should review your current health and health history.  Once approved begin with the fitness center recommendations.  The fitnness company will walk you thru not only all their equipment but their suggestive programs based on your goals and safety

This depends on your body size and composition, but on average working out anaerobically, using weights, 3 to 4 times a week on alternating days. This is so your muscles don't tire out and can grow over time.

Some type of cardio for 30-45 min. for 5 days a week is the normal time. If your trying to do something special you would need to specify

try a combo. of both just alternate days, it works really well. you should start seeing results in 4-5 weeks
