I Got A 3 Day Guest Pass Online. When J Got To The Club They Said A Membership S

I got a 3 day guest pass online. When I got to the club they said a membership specialist had to be there to activate it. Ur does NOT say this anywhere in any of the web pages you go through to get the pass, now on the pass/email you print out as your pass. It actually says "no appointment needed". He refused to abide by the statement on the national website. Can they do this?

It could be that the representative you spoke to is inexperienced. You may wish to try on a different day with a different employee.
