Not Receiving Incoming Mails

My domain name is through 1and1.com which I attached to my website (webs.com). I also have my email through 1and1. I can send emails but not receiving them.   Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

If you goto www.1and1.co.uk and go into webmail, enter the email that you want and then the password what was given to you when you opened the account all of your emails should be there infront of you.
