Someone That I Know Is Using My Email Illegaly And I Want To Press Charges.

i think the first thing that you can do is to change your password using your security question. this way, the person can no longer use your account if you dont disclose it, and make sure u always sign out after using a public computer.

You should change your password so that person cannot login your account anymore
