My Account Has Been Block,unable To Sent Email.

HI, My Hotmail has been we've temporarily blocked your account. It' has been block due to the phone number selection, I'm unable select my location as Malaysia. The number key in is Malaysia number. Please assits. Thanks

If i understood you correctly, you should try going to the control panel, select clock,language and region, then regional and language box, keyboards and languages tab something there will help you.
