Do-it-yourself maintenance Checking and replacing fuses If any of the electrical components do not operate, a fuse may have blown. Turn the engine switch off . The fuses are located in and lift the lid off . Engine compartment Push the tab in the following places. 4-3. Remove the stoppers from the cutouts and remove the box. 408 If this happens, check and replace the fuses as necessary. To check the fuses, follow the instructions below. Under the instrument panel 1.Open the auxiliary box. 2.Pull up the box and disengage the claws.

Attach the connector cover (Gray) to the angle where you can release the brackets on the support cables from the vehicle bed. Support cable bracket Tilt the tailgate to unhook the right side. 42 Lift the support cable bracket up the right side of the tailgate to about 30° from vertical and pull up and slide it off. Opening, closing and locking the doors Pull out the wire harness from the lugs on both sides. Tailgate wire harness connector (White) Connector cover (Gray) n Removing the tailgate Open the tailgate to the tailgate wire harness connector (White). 1-2.
