5. Push the new wiper blade securely on the wiper arm until you hear the release clip "click" into place. 5-57 Push the release clip, from the wiper arm. 6. Then pull the blade assembly down to remove it from Step 4, down toward the glass to secure the wiper blade into place. 7. Push the release clip at the connecting point of the blade and the arm up.

(e) Make sure the safety belt reminder light and all key lock cylinders, hood latch assemblies, secondary latches, pivots, spring anchor and release pawl, hood and door hinges, rear folding seats, liftgate hinges, fuel door hinge, power sliding door cable and... harness straps, latch plates, buckle, clip, child head restraint and anchorages are working properly. Clean radiator, condenser, pressure cap and filler neck. (d) Visually inspect wiper blades for damaged or missing parts.
