CENTER BUMPER STRIP INSTRUCTION SHEET - PART NO. 10275203 If you wish to attach the luggage tiedowns or other equipment (see owner's manual for more information), you will need to remove the outboard bumper strips to access t h e tapped plates on the crossbar After the tiedowns or other equipment is removed, be equipped with a luggage carrier. Your vehicle may be sure t o reinstall t h e bumper strips. Outboard bumper strips onthe luggage carrier crossrails help ensure a quieter ride.
