Using a fuse with the edge of the cover with a higher amperage rating can cause severe wire damage and could start a fire. 5. Align the edge of the fuse panel and push the cover up until it may continue to blow, have your electrical system checked. 204 4. Replace the fuse with one that has the right amperage rating. (See the following charts.) WARNING Always replace a fuse with one that has the specified amperage rating. Even after you do not find what caused the overload.
