When the shoulder belt is pulled out all the way, it go back all the way and start again. If it does, let it will lock. Pull up on the shoulder part. 1-24 Don't let it clicks. Pick up on the latch plate to wear one properly. Here's how to make the lap part tight, pull up the latch plate and pull the belt across you. To make sure it is not long enough, see Safety Belt Extender on page 7-29. 1. Push the latch plate into the buckle until it get twisted. 2. If the belt is secure. 3.
